This project is located in the heart of the Parisian ‘Left Bank’, on Rue Laromiguière in the 5th arrondissement, just a short step away from the Panthéon. Time stands still and silence reigns in this warren of narrow streets which are located some distance away from the busier thoroughfares around Rue Mouffetard.

The proposed project is for the construction of a building to be used as a 5* hotel, with capacity for 80 rooms, which also includes a restaurant, bar and spa facilities (fitness, treatment rooms and swimming pool).

The building extends over 5 floors along Rue Laromiguière and is supplemented by a penthouse area with private terraces benefiting from exceptional views over the Panthéon district.

The hotel is understated and subtle in terms of design, with stone, woodwork and bronze reed inserts to reflect the materials, colours and rhythms of the street.

The terraces reflect the style of Parisian courtyards with paving slabs and potted trees, in addition to the plant-based covering of certain walls.

The historic central courtyard has been restored throughout and undergone significant landscaping for the pleasure of both hotel guests and local residents alike. Overall, the aim is to create an exclusive location and a new interpretation of a privately-owned Parisian hotel.
