This new residential complex is being developed in the Marais district, a calm and highly sought-after district. Located on the slopes of Argenteuil, it offers views over western Paris and the Défense skyline.
As the existing buildings in the surrounding area are almost exclusively in the French pavilion style, the architectural project reflects the resulting rhythm and style. The plot plan presents a landscaped project which aims to open up access to and within the district through spacious thoroughfares (including some pedestrian walkways), harmoniously scaled buildings and huge green areas.
The three collective residential buildings and the eight individual homes will be clad with brick on one façade, creating an understated, uniform appearance for all the buildings.
