This project is located in the Moulon à Orsay business park and is part of the Saclay plateau development, which itself forms part of Greater Paris.

The Campus constitutes two office buildings, which borders the triangular plot, in the centre of which there is a landscaped heartland with service areas, including an extensive dining outlet space on the ground floor.

This plot layout provides the Campus with green lungs, promotes interaction between users and encourages soft mobility.

The architectural style of the façades, characterised by a regular grid of openings, features a subtle arrangement of accessible balconies, walkways and terraces. The buildings are therefore very much open to the exterior, thereby encouraging exposure to plants and harnessing natural light sources.

This attention to the creation of quality spaces also extends to include foot traffic: the stairways, which benefit from natural light, encourage people to use them and interact with each other as they do so.

From a functional point of view, the two buildings feature a double-storey central hall which serves the upper floors. The platforms provide flexibility in dividing up the space.
